Healthy Holiday Tips

Healthy on the Go

  • Raw & Unsalted Nuts
  • Make your own Trail Mix: add dried fruits, raisins, along with different types of nuts.
  • Free Range Jerky
  • Lara Bars, Kind Bars (any bars that have 5 ingredients or less)
  • Apples with Peanut Butter /Almond Butter/ Sunbutter
  • Cold Vegetables
  • Tuna Packets (low sodium)
  • Apples, Oranges, Plums, Peaches, etc. things that can tolerate not being cold. (Try for Organic)
  • Kombucha Tea or Naked Juice
  • Cocoa Nibs, Coconut Flakes

 

Pack a Cooler

  • Coconut Milk Yogurt: add toppings such as sliced almonds, chai seeds, cinnamon, etc.
  • Turkey or chicken slices
  • Organic Fruits & Vegetables (with hummus or roasted red pepper spread)
  • Hard boiled eggs
